"Scientifical-methodical problems of training
to state language" (scientific-practical seminar was held)
On April, 27th, 2009 the Committee on languages of the Ministry of culture and the Republic Kazakhstan information together with the republican coordinating-methodical centre on development of languages named after S. Shayakhmetov held scientific-practical seminar on a theme: "Scientific-methodical problems of training to state language". During seminar work took place the meeting of the chairman of Committee on languages E. Shaimerden with heads of the regional and city Centres of training to languages.
At a meeting were discussed problems of working out of various programs, including alternative, based on the uniform standard of training to a state language, taking into account features, a language situation of each region.
Matters of creation of the scientific-coordination centres were mentioned also at the regional Centres on training to languages. Also it was recommended to represent the manuals developed by experts of the Centres, for the coordination in expert council at Committee on languages. Participants of a meeting marked necessity of definition of a legal status of the Centres. Representatives of some areas have initiated creation of Association of the Centres. There were offers on definition of the status of teachers of the Centres that would allow to raise their categories in due time. And it’s already a prerogative of the Ministry of Education and Science.
Participants of a meeting have noted an urgency and importance of the carried out action which promotes an exchange of a positive operational experience.
